My background
I have been involved in project and systems management at the University of Tasmania for a number of years. Prior to this I worked in the tourism industry in tour operations, wholesale and retail travel in Australia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa for over 10 years. More recently my husband and I have launched a small tourism operation on the Tasman Peninsula - the Convict Beach House at Saltwater River, Tasman Peninsula, Tasmania.
I am a graduate of the University of Tasmania with majors in Marketing and Communications & Journalism.
