"The scenic value of this region lends itself to all manner of expression. The local art community is never short of subject matter. Convict heritage, coastal views, still waters, wild oceans, beautiful bays, rural landscapes. This rich tapestry of texture, colour and a unique atmospheric quality is an inspiration to us all."

Artist Jacquie Kindblad
Bachelor of Fine Arts, University of Tasmania
